Payment Terms

By filling out this registration, you agree to the following payment terms.

Payment In Full: By selecting this option, you agree to allow She Leads Me, LLC to charge your card on file the full cost of NOURISH Retreat after registration is complete.

Scheduled Payments: By selecting this option, you agree to allow She Leads Me, LLC to charge the deposit amount to your card on file after registration is complete. Remaining balance shall be charged to the card on file August 31st, 2021.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your registration, written cancellation request shall be made to [email protected]. For refund consideration, written request must be received by the following dates:
For those who have paid a deposit:
Cancel on or before June 30th for 20% of your deposit to be refunded.
Cancel on or before July 31st for 10% of your deposit refunded.
Cancel on or before August 30th to cancel payment agreement of remaining balance.
For those who have paid in full:
Cancel on or before June 30th for payment amount less 10% refunded.
Cancel on or before July 31st for payment less 20% refunded.
